1. Eligibility for Returns
- Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

- Hygiene-sensitive products, such as personal wearables, earrings, or items used on skin
- Gift cards and customized products, including made-to-order pieces
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or removed from their sealed packaging. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.If more than 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. This ensures we can fairly process returns while maintaining the integrity of our product inventory.

4. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product confirmed by our team.We currently do not offer free return shipping, except in cases where:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- A return was approved due to an error on our part
To protect your return and ensure smooth processing, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx) or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
5. Inspection and Processing

6. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account. We recommend allowing up to 14 days total from approval to final credit.

- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item with a different size, color, or style, please follow our standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.This ensures faster processing and availability of stock.

- Final sale items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Hygiene-sensitive items, such as personal wearables, earrings, or products used on skin
